Working out when you’re in your 50s certainly feels different than it did when you were in your 20s. Life gets busy and working out might fall to the wayside. Fit To The Core is here to help make working out part of your routine again from the comfort of your own home.
About Fit To The Core
Focused on in-home training and workouts for people over 50, Fit To The Core is a personal training program designed to make working out a part of your daily life rather than a quick weight-loss solution.
Fit To The Core uses a holistic training approach meaning the workouts include strength training, circuit training, flexibility, cardiovascular training, and even nutrition. The goals of this kind of training are to change the way you live, make you stronger, and help you regain confidence.
How Fit To The Core Works
Fit To The Core is a personal training service that can take place in person, online or both. The program is designed to help you succeed in your goals in whatever way works best for you.
For those who prefer in-person training, a trainer from Fit To The Core will come to your home with all the equipment you need for the workout. Each session will be personalized to your goals, including helping you with the nutrition aspect.
If you want virtual training, Fit To The Core Online begins with an initial assessment. This assessment will determine your goals, discuss any injuries you have, and get to know more about your lifestyle. Then, you will receive a custom workout program and schedule, including video workouts centered on your goals and abilities.
Additionally, you will receive a guide to help you eat right using an app called MyFitnessPal, which helps you to maintain healthy eating habits while on the go. Finally, to ensure accountability, there will be daily and weekly check-ins via text, phone, or email.
Start Your Workout!
Fit To The Core is not a one-size-fits-all program and is here to help you tackle your individual training goals. Put yourself first with a fitness routine that can help you live a healthier lifestyle.
